Welcome to Rapid Med Academy. By using our website (https://rapidmedacademy.co.za) and purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
We may update or amend these Terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply.
2. Orders & Payments
Orders are only processed once payment has cleared in our account.
We accept payment via Payfast and Instant Clear EFT.
Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
In the event of pricing or product errors on the website, we reserve the right to correct them and, if necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
- Rapidmed Academy cannot be held liable for any payment platform failures where funds do not reflect on our side, even if the amount has been deducted from your bank account. In such cases, all queries must be directed to PayFast on 021 300 4455. By proceeding with payment through this platform, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including delays or errors in transaction processing.
3. Delivery & Returns Policy
Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days after payment reflects. Delivery generally takes 2–10 working days, depending on your location.
Urgent Orders: Please use Instant EFT via Payfast to avoid payment delays. Overnight delivery is not offered in areas we cannot service.
Stock Availability: As we rely on external suppliers, stock shortages may occasionally delay your order. We will notify you if your order is affected.
Returns: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return. This will be stated clearly on the product page where applicable.
4. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order or payment where fraudulent activity is suspected.
If payment has already been made for such an order, the funds will be refunded for the cancelled portion.
Customers may be asked to provide additional proof of identity or payment before an order is processed.
5. Liability & Warranties
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for minor inaccuracies or typographical errors.
Products purchased are intended for personal use only and should be used in accordance with their instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Med Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

All website content, including logos, text, images, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Rapid Med Academy or its licensors.
