Refunds & Returns

At Rapid Med Academy, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy below. Please note that images are used for illustration purposes and products may differ from those pictures used for display.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- All order cancellations and product returns are subject to a 50% handling fee. Should you wish to return an item, a flat return logistics fee of R200.00 will be charged. Returns will only be accepted for unused items in their original packaging, and must be requested within the specified return period. Once the return is processed and approved, any applicable refund will be issued minus the handling and return fees

Items that cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Personal care or sanitary items
Hazardous materials
Sale or discounted items (only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds)

2. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
All approved refunds are subject to a R350.00 processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been inspected and verified to be in their original, unused condition. Please allow the standard processing time frame for refunds to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
